Bulgarian Telecommunications Company AD (brand name Vivacom), through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the development, operation, and maintenance of national fixed and mobile network and data system in the Republic of Bulgaria. It operates in two segments, Fixed Line of Business and Mobile Line of Business. The company offers fixed voice services, including local, long-distance, national, and international calling services; a service for providing information or public entertainment services to suppliers of value added services; services that enable clients to provide voice information services; integrated services digital network; a service for a closed user group; +MOBI; voice services based on Internet protocol (IP) connectivity; and Office Plans, audio conference, Centrex, etc. The company also offers data and professional Internet services comprising digital leased lines; MAN, an optic network for data transmission over Ethernet protocol; IP-virtual private network (IP-VPN) services; and remote access to IP-VPN, SLA, etc. In addition, it provides mobile services comprising mobile telephony, VivaMail, BlackBerry, 3G videocall, IP connectivity based voice services, business SMS, child security, e-books portal, VIVA Team, VIVA Fleet, mobile Internet, VIVA Apps, MMS, voice mail, international roaming, bolt ons, shared data service, etc. Further, the company offers digital TV services; a service that allows installation along underground routes of telecommunication cables from other telecommunications operators; customer equipment collocation services; network interconnect services; and local loop unbundling services. Additionally, it is engaged in the sale of telecommunications equipment and accessories. The company offers its services under the VIVACOM brand name. It offers its products through its retail outlets. The company is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Vivacom is a subsidiary of Viva Telecom Bulgaria EAD.
