“VTB Bank (Armenia)” CJSC was established on the basis of “Armsberbank” CJSC. In July 2007, VTB Bank PJSC became the sole owner of VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC.

“VTB Bank (Armenia)” CJSC is a full member of the international payment system VISA International and MasterCard, serving as a member of the local Armenian payment system ARCA.

The ratings of the international rating agency Moody's assigned to VTB Bank (Armenia): B1 rating for long-term deposits in local currency, B2 rating for long-term deposits in foreign currency, Not Prime rating for short-term deposits, and credit rating (BCA) "b3", long-term counterparty risk assessment (CRA) - "Ba3 (cr)". Stable rating outlook.

The Bank provides services to individuals, entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses, large / corporate / commercial and government organizations.

The bank has 67 branches, 24 of them in Yerevan, and the rest 43 in all regions and cities of Armenia.
