Ukrainian Credit Rating Agency was founded in Kiev in 2008. It is now one of the leading Ukrainian providers of independent credit related research. Our main activity is assignment of credit ratings (issuer-paid model) to companies, financial institutions and municipalities using the National Credit Rating Scale for Ukraine. UCRA operates in full compliance with the IOSCO principles of conduct for credit rating agencies and is officially recognized by the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine. Credit ratings from UCRA are one of the most reputable and valuable independent sources of information on creditworthiness of Ukrainian borrowers that used by local as well as by international investors.
