Schtulberg Gregory Isaakovich is a beneficiary of Borets Group. Having immigrated to Sweden from the USSR, Gregory Schtulberg in late 1989 established Eastlink AB in Stockholm, where he held the position of the Managing Director. The company managed trading operations with the countries of the former USSR. In early 1990s, when the company moved its operations to London, UK, Mr. Shabad became an equal partner in the business with Gregory Schtulberg. From 1990s, Mr. Shabad and Mr. Schtulberg continued to invest in the mechanical engineering and oil and gas equipment manufacturing sectors in Russia, where he was active in a number of successful start-ups and development of existing companies. Subsequently, these investments were consolidated in Tangent Fund Limited. Mr. Schtulberg was educated from 1979-1985 at the Moscow Pedagogical University where he gained an MA in mathematics, and in 1988-1989 attended a PhD Program at Wayne State University, Michigan, U.S. At the same time Mr. Schtulberg held the posts of a teaching assistant at the Wayne State University of Michigan, U.S., lecturing on calculus.
