Altinyildiz Mensucat ve Konfeksiyon Fabrikalari AS is a Turkey-based company engaged in the weaving, spinning, dyeing, finishing and marketing of woolen and cotton fabrics, and in the production of ready-made clothing. The Company's fabrics include wool cashmere, superfine wool for suits, wool mohair, wool silk, worsted fabrics for jackets, wool lycra, wool cotton, linen and linen blends. Its clothing line includes business suits and casual clothing for men and women. Altinyildiz Mensucat ve Konfeksiyon Fabrikalari AS also operates its own chain stores under the names of NetWork and Fabrika Altinyildiz. In June 2013, it acquired 50% interest which it did not already own, in Beymen Magazacilik AS, from Fennella Sarl.
