Lukoil Ecoenergo JSC (former South Generation Company TGC-8) is a group of power generating companies located in the South of Russia. The abbreviation “TGC” stands for “Territorial Generation Company”, as most of the energy producers in Russia still preserve the territorial subdivision. There are fourteen “TGC-s” in Russia each having its number as per the centralized national division initiated by RAO UES.
