ЧП СПФ «Агро» was founded in 2000. The company is engaged in the cultivation of grain and oilseed crops, as well as animal husbandry (cattle breeding, pig farming, poultry farming) and milk processing.

ЧП СПФ «Агро» is one of the enterprises of the «Агро-Агротон» group. The direction of activity of the «Агро-Агротон» group is the production, processing and sale of agricultural products and food products.

In the «Агро-Агротон» group, a closed production cycle is ensured from the production of raw materials in agriculture to the production of products in the food industry.

The main directions of activity of ЧП СПФ «Агро» are:

- production activity for growing crop products ЧП СПФ «АГРО» began in 2000, from the moment of its creation. The enterprise operates in 8 out of 18 districts of the Lugansk region.
- cultivation of agricultural crops, as well as storage and processing of agricultural products.
- animal husbandry (cattle breeding, pig farming, poultry farming). The share of income from the sale of livestock products in the structure of the issuer's net income tends to grow: from 6% in 2006 to 14% in the first half of 2007.
- the activity in the field of poultry farming is focused on raising meat breeds of birds.
- cattle breeding is represented by the dairy direction. The issuer owns 20 farms located in 9 districts of the Lugansk region.
- pig farming activity is actively developing in ЧП СПФ «Агро», the livestock is concentrated on seven pig farms.
- the processing direction is represented by the Markov and Lugansk cheese factories, whose property complexes are owned by the issuer.

The issuer's assets as of 31.07.2007 amounted to 218 295 thousand UAH, of which non-current assets amounted to 42% (91 223 thousand UAH), current – 58% (127 072 thousand UAH). Revenue from product sales has a constant growth trend (in 2006 - 74 431 thousand UAH (+11% to 2005), in the first half of 2007 - 60 444 thousand UAH).
