The investment objective of the FT Cboe Vest U.S. Equity Enhance & Moderate Buffer ETF - June (the "Fund") is to seek to provide investors with returns of approximately twice any positive price return of the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"), up to a predetermined upside cap of 6.16% (before fees and expenses), while providing a buffer (before fees and expenses) against the first 15% of Underlying ETF losses, over the period from July 13, 2021 to June 17, 2022. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest substantially all of its assets in FLexible EXchange® Options ("FLEX Options")-that reference the price performance of the "Underlying ETF".
