The index includes OFZ-PC issues, the placement of which began no earlier than 2019. The coupon rate for these issues is determined based on the average value of RUONIA rates for the current coupon period with a time lag of seven calendar days.The index value for the trading date is fixed based on the results of the morning trading session.
