Euronext today congratulates Dipietro Group, a company based in Siracusa with over thirty years’ experience as a systems integrator in the Oil & Gas, chemical and energy sectors, on its listing on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker code: DPG).Dipietro Group’s core business involves the integration of complex systems and bespoke solutions: analyser houses for continuous process and environmental analysis, turnkey’ laboratories and industrial workshops, monitoring systems for critical machinery, and service and maintenance activities. The group oversees the entire production process, from the initial consultancy and budgeting stages through to installation and after-sales support. Operating in the B2B sector (EPC contractors, end users and OEMs), it serves international markets both through its own offices (based in India and Mozambique) and via authorised local partners in Abu Dhabi, Muscat and Madrid. Not including the exercise of the overallotment option, the amount raised is €1.9 million. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) raised €2.1 million altogether.
