The Company is an operator of integrated resorts in Macau, which contain not only gaming areas but also meeting space, convention and exhibition halls, retail and dining areas, and entertainment venues. Sands China operates in five segments: Sands Macao, The Venetian Macao, the Plaza Macao and Other developments. The Venetian Macao, the Plaza Macao and Other developments derive their revenue primarily from casino, hotel, food and beverage, mall, convention, retail and others sources. Ferry and other operations derive their revenue from the sale of ferry tickets for transportation between Hong Kong and Macau.
