The Daily OTC Sugar Index in the Volga Federal District serves as a price indicator for sugar trades in a key Russian production region and is used to monitor regional prices. In May 2026 the maximum reached 59845.00 RUB/T, the minimum 55900.00 RUB/T, with an average of 58820.93 RUB/T. The index is calculated on EXW/FCA terms with VAT from NAMEX data and published by Moscow Exchange.
