指数描述

Urals Oil (Average Price, MET) represents the average price level of Urals grade oil for the past tax period, used for MET/NDT calculation, applied as an indicator for tax calculations in the energy sector calculated by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, serving as a price reference for the Russian market. In 2026 prices ranged from 39.18 USD/bbl. to 94.87 USD/bbl. with an average of 59.18 USD/bbl. The taxable price is calculated based on quotes from FOB Primorsk, FOB Novorossiysk and ESPO FOB Kozmino.
