Oil ESPO (Average Price, Mineral Extraction Tax — NMM) represents the average tax-period price of dehydrated, desalinated and stabilized oil from new offshore fields for MET-NMM calculation with the main producer in Russia, serving as a price reference for fields in the East Siberian, Chukchi, Bering, Japanese, Okhotsk Seas and Laptev Sea. In 2026 prices ranged from 352.24 USD/t to 691.96 USD/t with an average of 516.41 USD/t. Data are published on economy.gov.ru in the section “Global Commodity Market Conditions”.
